White Gypsy Brewery began brewing for Dwan’s pub in Thurles. Since then, they have moved several times until they settled in Templemore, Tipperary, Ireland. Their travelling spirit gave them their current trading name: White Gypsy. Since white gypsies are known for their travelling culture, the branding copyline ‘Wild at heart’ comes from a typical gypsy quote, which reinforces that desire of freedom and adventure.
The trading mark is a geometrical representation of a compass, as well as the names of the beers are related to elements and tools used for orientation.
